As there are many end consumers, looking for high quality white flour, produced under a national standard, Sofia Mel’s newest product is named and prepared following an established national standard, called “Bulgaria”. The latter refers to wheat flour, produced by milling pure high quality Bulgarian wheat. The product is accompanied by a special quality certificate in line with the standard.
